Our partner is looking for a driven and experienced Corporate Finance Analyst. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of investment banking or similar finance experience, preferably after having completed a formal training program. This role has significant upside growth potential and presents the opportunity for an individual to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing pre-IPO company in the dynamic data center and cryptocurrency sectors with a primary focus on providing hosting services and infrastructure to the high compute industry including Bitcoin mining.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Assist the Chairman, CFO and management team in all aspects of corporate finance related workflow.
- Maintain and create complex financial models, as well as interpreting financial/market data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators.
- Assist in the generation of presentations and Board materials for key internal decision-making topics such as negotiating customer contracts, investor economics, capital allocation strategies and capital raising.
- Support corporate development efforts across M&A, potential JVs, strategic partnerships and fundraising.
- Interface closely with existing and potential investors, clients, strategic partners and investment banking advisors/consultants in support of a variety of strategic growth initiatives.
- Provide analytical and valuation support to the Company’s lead sponsor.
- Support the budgeting and cash flow management process.
- Support the overall team as needed.
Your Background:
- Completed training program in large investment bank or similar.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent.
- 1-3 Years of investment banking or similar experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite/Excel.

Pay: $65,855.00 - $70,065.00 per year
